With 6 BRs and 3 BA, a fully stocked kitchen, ample outside space, grill and ping pong table, our house is ideal for a large family (or even 2)! Perfectly convenient to the interstate we are located just 15 minutes north of the airport and only a couple miles away from grocery, restaurants and shopping! The Space: Welcome to the Monterey Manor! Our large brick home sits on an oversized lot surrounded by mature trees! With plenty of space inside and out, this is the perfect place for large groups of families and friends! Upon entering our home you will be greeted with an entry way allowing you access to the upper or lower levels of the home... On the upper level you will find a large family room with ample seating for everyone to enjoy! Watch your favorite shows on our large 70" flat screen TV complete with Roku. Off the living room you will find a dining room with seating for up to 8. Continue into our fully stocked eat in kitchen. Its light and bright with everything you will need to feel at home. There you will find additional dining room seating as well as access to the beautiful screened in porch. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite as well as 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath. There are two futons in the living room (the blue couches) that fold out for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. On the lower level of our home you will find an additional living space and another 70" flat screen complete with Roku. The two couches pull out into queen size sleeper sofas if needed. You will also find 3 more bedrooms on the lower level as well as another full bathroom. The back yard is large with plenty of green grass and space for kids and pets to enjoy! There are two picnic tables off the back patio, as well as a charcoal grill making this the perfect space to hang out and enjoy your time with family and friends.
